Window's Mite Portobello
Mushrooms Appetizier
2 Portobello mushrooms
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 tbs. Widow's Mite
1/2 tsp. salt
Portobello Mushrooms1 tsp. fresh black pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
Remove stems from the mushrooms
Wipe the mushroom caps clean with
a damp cloth In a small bowl, combine olive oil,
Widow's Mite, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
Add mushroom caps and marinate in
mixture for 1 hour or more
Pre-heat grill pan over medium heat
Place mushrooms in the pan with
the cap side down
Sear until grill marks appear,
about 4 to 5 minutes
Turn mushrooms and grill for an
additional 3 to 4 minutes
Serves two as an appetizer
